Travel: Viaje    
- It is the responsibility of the volunteer to carry all necessary documents when travelling abroad. While Proyecto America may advise the volunteer on required travel documentation
- Es la responsabilidad del voluntario de llevar todos los documentos necesarios cuando viaje.  Proyecto America puede aconsejar al voluntario sobre la documentación requerida para viajar.

Insurance/Seguro
- Proyecto America does not provide the volunteer with insurance of any kind. While travel insurance is not mandatory to volunteer with Proyecto America, it is highly recommended.
- Proyecto America no provee seguro al voluntario de ningun tipo.  Seguro de viaje no es mandatorio para los voluntarios viajando con Proyecto America, sin embargo, es recomendado.

Personal Risks/Riesgos Personales   
- The volunteer acknowledges and accepts the responsibilities and risks associated with their agreement to travel to and provide volunteer services in a developing country. Such travel and volunteer work can be often hazardous and involves a certain degree of risk, inherently dangerous activities and personal perils to the volunteer, both foreseen and unforeseen, all of which are fully accepted by and solely assumed by the volunteer. Therefore, Proyecto America including any and all of its managers, directors, are not liable, to the maximum extent of the law, for any loss or harm the volunteer or associates may suffer, including but not limited to loss caused directly or indirectly by:
- Personal injury;
- Emotional injury;
- Death;
- Illness or disease;
- Damage to or loss of property;
- Hostage situations; or - War or terrorism.

Drug and Alcohol Use/ Uso de Droga y Alcohol

-     Drug (unless prescribed by a doctor) and Alcohol use  is strictly prohibited and will result in instant dismissal from the program with no refund.

Miscellaneous/Otros
The volunteer agrees to comply with the partner organization's code of conduct.

ACTIVIDADES COMO BAÑOS, TOILET, LAVADO DE TUS PERTENENCIAS Y OTRAS ACCIONES COMPARTIDAS DEBEN SER REALIZADAS EN EL MENOR TIEMPO POSIBLE, TENIENDO EN CUENTA QUE SOMOS UN NÚMERO MUY GRANDE DE PERSONAS USANDO LAS MISMAS INSTALACIONES.    
ESTA ES UNA ORGANIZACION CRISTIANA, Y EL TIEMPO QUE ESTAMOS AQUÍ NOS REGIMOS POR ESOS VALORES. YA SEA QUE USTED LOS COMPARTA O NO, TENDRÁ QUE SUJETARSE A LOS MISMOS EN CUANTO SE ENCUENTRA BAJO NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD.
